privacy policy
Kaldervud works on private property. That means we often know where you live, what your plot looks like from above and when nobody is home — so we treat your data with the same care as your keys.
1. Who we are
Kaldervud Ozelenennia, vul. Nyzhnoiurkivska 9, Kyiv, 04080, Ukraine. Questions about data: support@kaldervud.site, +380 95 179 01 53.
2. What we hold
- What you send through the form: your name, phone or email, the location and approximate size of the site, and your description of what you want.
- What a project needs: the exact address, cadastral number, site survey, photographs and drone imagery, levels, utility layouts, access arrangements and the times when work is permitted.
- What the contract needs: passport or company details of the signatory, payment details and correspondence.
- What your browser produces: IP address, browser type, and the language you selected, kept in local storage on your device.
3. Why
To arrange the first visit, to design and build the project, to order plants and materials in your name where agreed, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. Survey and design data is processed to perform the contract; accounting data because we must; technical website data on the basis of legitimate interest in a working website.
4. Photographs of your garden
We photograph our work. Images are used in the portfolio only with your written permission, and never together with the address, the cadastral number or the name of the owner. You may withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the images from the site at the next update.
5. Cookies
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. The only thing stored on your device is your language choice, and it stays there.
6. Who else sees it
Nurseries and suppliers receive only the plant or material list and the delivery address. Subcontractors — for example a crane operator or a roofing team — receive only the access details they need for their day on site. Our accountants receive contract documents. Nobody receives your data for their own marketing.
7. How long
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within eighteen months. Project archives — drawings, planting plans, as-built levels — are kept for ten years, because a client who returns after eight years should not have to pay for the same survey twice. You can ask us to erase your archive sooner.
8. Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to support@kaldervud.site and we answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
9. Security
Project files live in an access-controlled repository; only the team assigned to your garden can open them. Site addresses are never published, never posted on social media in real time, and never included in supplier correspondence beyond what a delivery requires.
10. Changes
Any new version appears here with a new date. Clients with an active contract are told by email.
